Salad with pancake and lightly salted salmon
1 serving
10 minutes
This salad is an exquisite blend of Russian culinary traditions and modern gastronomy. Thin pancakes, once a symbol of home comfort, unexpectedly find their place in a light fresh salad. The taste combines contrasts: tender, lightly salted fish harmonizes with spicy arugula, sweet cherry tomatoes, and tangy red onion. Lemon juice adds a light citrus freshness, while olive oil gently unites all the ingredients, enhancing their aroma. This salad can be served as a refined dish for a romantic dinner or a light snack that energizes. It surprises, delights, and makes the meal unforgettable.
