For the dough, mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter with warm water, vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Add flour to the liquid and stir until smooth.
- Butter: 9 tablespoons
- Water: 4 tablespoons
- Vinegar: 0.5 tablespoon

- Wheat flour: 200 g

Divide the dough into 9 equal parts, roll them into thin flatbreads of the same size, and let them dry.

Meanwhile, grate the lemon zest.

Whisk or fork 3 eggs and mix thoroughly with soft cottage cheese. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the mixture and blend with a mixer until smooth.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Cottage cheese: 500 g

Add warmed honey, sugar, a pinch of salt, and lemon zest to the cottage cheese mixture and mix again.
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Sugar: 4 tablespoons

- Lemon: 1 piece

Grease the sides and bottom of the baking pan with butter. Place the first flatbread in the pan, evenly spread 1/8 of the cottage cheese mixture on it, and cover with the second flatbread. Next, add the second part of the cottage cheese mixture, cover with the third flatbread, and continue assembling the pie. Generously grease the top flatbread with butter.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.
