Combine eggs with sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 50 g

Sift the flour beforehand, add it to the beaten egg mixture, and mix thoroughly.
- Wheat flour: 100 g

Line the baking tray with parchment paper.

Place the dough on paper and flatten it into a rectangular shape.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, place the baking tray with the dough, and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Remove the paper (along with the stuck layer).

Soak the cake layer with syrup from canned fruits.

Combine cottage cheese, softened butter, sugar, and condensed milk, and beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Cottage cheese: 200 g
- Butter: 50 g
- Sugar: 50 g
- Condensed milk: 100 g

Spread the cream evenly over the cake layer (leave some cream for decoration).

Place pieces of fruit on the wide edge of the crust.
- Canned Peaches: 1 piece

Roll the cake into a roll.
