1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2
Mix the chopped chocolate and butter in a water bath. Remove from heat and add sugar, vanilla, eggs, and cocoa. Mix everything well.
- Dark chocolate: 240 g
- Butter: 250 g
- Sugar: 2 glasss
- Vanilla: 1 tablespoon
- Chicken egg: 6 pieces
- Cocoa: 1 glass
3
Place the ice cream cones on baking paper and fill them with batter, leaving some space at the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool down.
- Ice cream cones: 24 pieces
4
Pour water, sugar, and syrup into a small saucepan, add gelatin, and quickly stir until everything dissolves.
- Water: 2 glasss
- Sugar: 2 glasss
- Corn syrup: 1 glass
- Gelatin: 100 g
5
Place the mixture on the heat and warm until the sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved. It does not need to boil, just to a hot state. Dip 2 fingers into the mixture and check if it is homogeneous and very hot, and if there are no grains, remove from heat. If not, heat for a little longer.
- Gelatin: 100 g
6
Add vanilla and flavoring and whip with a mixer until foam forms. You can whip it to a marshmallow state. Then place it on a greased tray, let it set, and cut into small squares. Alternatively, you can whip it a little less, not to a dense state, and place it in the form of meringue in each cone.
- Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon
- Flavoring agent: 1 teaspoon
7
After a while, when the mixture starts to set, fill a piping bag with it and fill the cones.
8
Sprinkle the cake with orange and black decorations on top.
