Dissolve gelatin in water (80 degrees), stirring constantly.
- Gelatin: 5 tablespoon
- Water: 200 ml

Mix sour cream with sugar. Bring to a boil, but do not boil.

Divide into four parts: white, red (add cherry syrup to the white mixture), yellow (add peach syrup), and green (add apple syrup).

The first layer is white. Pour 1/6 of the white mixture into the mold and place it in the refrigerator to set.
