Put cocoa, cinnamon, marzipan, and liqueur in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Cocoa powder: 4 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Cointreau: 1 tablespoon
- Marzipan: 400 g

Knead the dough well with your hands. If it is very sticky, wrap it in plastic and place it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Slice into very thin circles and cut out hearts with a mold or knife.
