Prepare dough from eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and cocoa.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Milk: 200 ml
- Wheat flour: 0.5 glass
- Cocoa powder: 3 tablespoons
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons

Roll out into pancakes and fry in a dry pan.

Peel the kiwi and cut it into wedges.
- Kiwi: 1 piece

Cut into small pieces.

Peel half an apple from the skin and seeds, and cut it into thin slices.

Spread each pancake well with mascarpone, then top with apple strips and pieces of orange.
- Mascarpone cheese: 250 g

Roll the pancakes and put them in the fridge for 1.5 hours.
