Prepare all the ingredients. Take out 3 eggs and cream from the fridge in advance.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Cream 33%: 150 ml

Prepare the dough starter. In a bowl, mix yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of flour. Gradually knead in slightly warmed cream. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for half an hour.
- Dry yeast: 8 g
- Sugar: 135 g
- Wheat flour: 540 g
- Cream 33%: 150 ml

Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool. Add 3 eggs, salt, 120 grams of sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix everything.
- Butter: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Salt: pinch
- Sugar: 135 g
- Vanilla sugar: 10 g

Combine the prepared mixture with the dough.

Sift the flour and gradually add it to the dough.
- Wheat flour: 540 g

Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a greased multicooker. Leave it at 30–35 degrees for 1 hour.
- Vegetable oil: to taste

Soak the raisins in hot water for 15 minutes. Then dry them.
- Raisin: 150 g

In a bowl, mix raisins and candied fruits and sprinkle with a small amount of flour. Stir and remove excess flour by sifting the mixture.
- Raisin: 150 g
- Candied orange peel: 120 g

Mix raisins, candied fruits, and cognac into the dough using a hook attachment.
- Raisin: 150 g

Place the dough in the multicooker at 30 degrees for half an hour. After half an hour, without opening the lid of the multicooker, set to 'Baking' mode and bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

Slightly open the lid and let the kulich bake for another 15 minutes. Then remove the kulich and let it cool.

Prepare the glaze. Melt the marshmallows in the microwave and mix well.
- Marshmallow: 300 g

Place the prepared mixture on the kulich, decorate with freeze-dried berries, and serve.
- Freeze-dried raspberries: to taste
