Apple sorbet is a delicate and refreshing dessert from exquisite French cuisine. Light, airy, and with a pleasant tartness, it is perfect for hot days or as an elegant finish to dinner. The sorbet is based on fresh apples, lemon juice, and apricot jam, giving it fruity richness and subtle sweetness. Brandy adds depth of flavor, making the dessert refined. The preparation process is simple: apples are turned into fragrant puree through a blender and then frozen while being stirred occasionally to achieve the perfect texture. This sorbet can be served as a standalone treat or used in combination with other desserts like pastries or caramel sauces. It delights with freshness, balance of flavors, and lightness.

1
Cut the apples into cubes (without peeling or removing the cores) and put them in a blender with lemon juice, apricot jam, sugar, and brandy. They should reach a puree consistency in the blender.
- Apple: 4 pieces
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Apricot jam: 50 g
- Sugar: 50 g
- Brandy: 200 ml

2
Pass the puree through a fine sieve, then mix and place it in the freezer, occasionally taking out the container with apple puree and stirring it.
