Recipe from Iphigenia Jones's "Wednesday Addams's Creepy Cookbook.

1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 22 cm long cake pan with coconut or any vegetable oil.
2
Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
- Bananas: 2 pieces
3
Add milk, honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Milk: 60 ml
- Honey: 85 g
- Coconut oil: 60 ml
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
4
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Wheat flour: 180 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
5
Mix the flour mixture with the liquid ingredients and gently stir.
6
It's important to mix everything until smooth, but don't overdo it: the less you mix the dough, the more tender the banana bread will be.
7
Add coconut flakes to the mixture and gently mix again.
- Coconut flakes: 25 g
8
Pour the batter into the prepared mold and bake for 50-60 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center of the bread - it should come out dry.
9
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it and place it on a wire rack to cool.
