Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the waffle maker.

Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs until smooth.
- Cottage cheese: 500 g
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

Sift the flour, sugar, and baking soda.
- Wheat flour: 6 tablespoons
- Sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Soda: 1 teaspoon

Mix the sifted ingredients into the cottage cheese-egg mixture.

Slightly grease the waffle maker with vegetable oil.

Place the batter in the center of the waffle maker, not too much, or it will overflow.

Bake each waffle for 7 minutes. To keep the waffles warm, they can be placed in an oven preheated to 70 degrees while the others are baking.
