Fry the minced meat until cooked. Then fry 2 onions and add them to the minced meat along with grated cheese, feta, chopped greens, and raw eggs. If the feta is very salty, you can skip adding salt.

- Cheese: 300 g
- Feta cheese: 300 g
- Dill: 1 bunch
- Parsley: 1 bunch
- Green onions: 1 bunch
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Unroll the puff pastry. Place half on a baking tray, add the filling on top, and cover with the other half of the pastry. Seal the edges carefully. Prick several times with a fork and brush with egg on top.
