Mix flour with salt, dissolve yeast in a small amount of water. Pour the yeast into the flour and gradually add the remaining water from the glass until a soft, slightly sticky dough is formed, knead the dough for 10 minutes, which is very important for the quality of the dough. Then shape the dough into a ball, dust with flour, and let it rise in a warm place for two hours.
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Salt: to taste
- Water: 1 glass
- Dry yeast: 7 g

When the dough has risen well, line the baking tray with parchment paper, drizzle a little olive oil, and spread it over the paper with your hands. Then, with well-oiled hands, take the dough and evenly flatten it on the tray. Spread tomato sauce over the entire surface of the dough.
