A hearty treat and a delicious decoration for a festive table.

Cream the butter (1 tablespoon) with sugar, add vanillin, sour cream, and mix in baking soda extinguished with vinegar. Add 2 cups of flour and knead the dough.
- Butter: 250 g
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Vanillin: 5 g
- Sour cream: 1 jar
- Slaked soda: 1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 3 glasss

Pour a glass of flour onto the cutting board, lay out the resulting dough, and knead it on the board with the flour. Divide the resulting dough into 2 parts.

Place the dough in two identical radius molds and bake the layers at medium temperature until a brown crust forms.

To prepare honey syrup, mix one tablespoon of honey with half a glass of hot water. Soak the cooled cakes in the syrup.

Boil a can of condensed milk, mix softened butter (250 grams) with half of the prepared condensed milk. Spread the resulting cream on the layers.

- Butter: 250 g
