Prepare the filling. Wash the apples, peel them, remove the cores and seeds, and slice them.

Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon and mix well.

Roll the dough thinly, wrap it around a rolling pin, and carefully transfer it to a greased baking tray.

Cover with a layer of apples. Fold the edges of the dough upwards.

Let the prepared pie rest for 15 minutes, then brush the edges of the dough with an egg beaten with milk.
