Beat the eggs with sugar until white, add ground cardamom, vanillin, or lemon zest. Stir in the flour, mix well, and scoop the dough with a teaspoon, placing it on a greased sheet.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Vanillin: 0.3 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 1 glass

Place pieces of dough on a baking sheet, giving them any desired shape, with an interval of about 4 cm, then bake in a hot oven for 7-10 minutes.
