Crush the cookies in a blender until fine crumbs. Melt the butter, pour it into the cookies and mix. Pour into a baking dish, form an even bottom and sides, and place in the refrigerator.

Combine cheese with powdered sugar. Mix without whipping.
- Cottage cheese: 4 jars
- Powdered sugar: 100 g

Mix, add eggs one by one. After mixing, introduce cream and lemon juice (optional).

- Cream 33%: 120 ml

Take the mold out of the fridge and pour in the filling, spreading it evenly in the mold.

Preheat the oven, make a water bath. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 110 degrees and bake for an hour. If the oven is weak, it requires an additional 10-15 minutes.

After turning off the oven, leave it inside for 2 hours. Then take it out and let it cool to room temperature.
