In form - a pie, in fact - a dense and heavy mass of nuts and dried fruits. Condensed orange juice and a little flour serve as a binder - only 150 grams for 10 servings of this pie. Mix honey, water, orange juice, lemon juice with zest of both fruits in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until syrupy consistency.
- Honey: 150 g
- Water: 100 ml
- Orange juice: 170 ml
- Lemon juice: 80 ml
- Orange zest: to taste
- Lemon zest: to taste
- Cinnamon: 10 g

Cut dates, dried apricots, and prunes into 2-3 pieces, and chop hazelnuts and walnuts coarsely.
- Dates: 500 g
- Dried apricots: 500 g
- Prunes: 200 g
- Hazelnut: 200 g
- Walnuts: 150 g

Mix dried fruits and nuts in one container and pour with the prepared syrup.
- Dried cherries: 200 g
- Sesame: 100 g

Add wheat and almond flour and mix.
- Wheat flour: 50 g
- Almond flour: 100 g

Place the prepared pie dough in a mold and bake at 170 degrees for 8 minutes.

Decorate the finished pie with honey and roasted cashews.
