In a mixing bowl, combine soft butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar. Whip the mixture with a dough attachment until it lightens.
- Butter: 400 g
- Sugar: 200 g
- Chicken egg (large): 2 pieces
- Vanilla sugar: 30 g

Grind the nuts in a blender or coffee grinder, add to the butter mixture. Add the nuts to the dough and beat until smooth. Transfer the dough to a bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Take out the dough, divide it into pieces of 20 grams. Prepare a baking tray and put sugar in a convenient container for coating.

Form the strips and coat one side in sugar. Shape the strips into horseshoe cookies. Place them on a baking sheet with a distance of 2-3 cm apart. The sugared side should be on top. Bake for 6 minutes at 200 degrees and another 6 minutes at 150.
