Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Grease the mold with fat and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Beat the butter with sugar, add eggs and melted chocolate, then the dry ingredients. Alternately add flour and whipped cream with vanilla to the mixture.

- Sugar: 370 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Dark chocolate: 60 g
- Wheat flour: 500 g
- Cream 35%: 250 ml
- Vanillin: to taste
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Soda: 0.3 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon

Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 50–60 minutes. Let the pie cool in the mold for about 5–10 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
