Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a mixer, whip aquafaba with urbech, then add sugar and baking soda. Mix everything well. Add chocolate chips and mix until smooth.
- Aquafaba: to taste
- Almond Urbech: 250 g
- Brown sugar: 90 g
- Soda: 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips: 190 g

Use 1.5 tablespoons of dough to make one cookie. Shape and place the cookies on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes. If a crunchier cookie is needed, bake for another 11-12 minutes.
