Flaxseed flour keto bread with seeds is a nutritious and healthy gluten-free baking option, perfect for those following a low-carb diet. Flaxseed flour gives the bread a rich, slightly nutty flavor, while flax seeds, cumin, and caraway add aromatic depth. Thanks to psyllium and eggs, the bread is soft yet firm, and sesame and sunflower seeds create a crispy crust. This bread pairs wonderfully with cheeses, avocado, meat and vegetable snacks; its rich flavor makes it a standalone dish. The recipe's origins trace back to modern dietary trends where the pursuit of healthy eating inspires chefs to create new dishes adapted for specific diets. It stores well in the fridge, remaining fresh and tasty for several days.
