Mix corn and wheat flour, make a small indentation.
- Corn flour: 3 glasss
- Wheat flour: 1 glass

Heat the water, add salt. Pour the water into the flour and knead the dough by hand.

Pass walnut kernels through a meat grinder and mix them with honey.
- Walnuts: 150 g
- Honey: 50 g

Grease the pan with butter. Divide the dough into two parts, place half of the dough at the bottom of the pan, flatten it, and add nuts with honey on top. Cover the filling with the second half of the dough and smooth it out with a wet palm.
