Prepare the dough. Mix flour (650 g), yeast, sugar (40 g), and salt. Add warm water and mix well. Add butter (30 g), egg, and vanillin (1.5 g), mix well and leave in a warm place covered for 30 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 850 g
- Fresh yeast: 15 g
- Sugar: 390 g
- Salt: 10 g
- Water: 400 ml
- Butter: 80 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Prepare the filling. Beat the yolks and sugar until smooth, add flour and mix. Incorporate hot milk and cook for 20 minutes.

Cool to room temperature and add soft butter and vanillin. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Make balls from the dough and let them rest for another 5 minutes. Roll out the dough a little and add cream inside. Wrap it up and fry in hot oil until light brown.
