Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy - it should increase several times.
- Chicken egg: 9 pieces
- Sugar: 460 g

Add flour and baking powder. Mix with a silicone or wooden spatula from bottom to top to prevent the dough from sinking. Finally, add melted but slightly cooled butter. Mix everything until smooth. The dough should be liquid. Add a pinch of lemon zest.
- Wheat flour: 465 g
- Butter: 310 g
- Lemon zest: to taste

Slice the figs and place them at the bottom of a baking dish. Pour the batter over them. On top of the batter, place two more halved figs.

Bake for exactly 1 hour at 160 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden skewer: if it is dry, the biscuit is ready.
