For the dough, mix flour with warm water and dry yeast. Add salt. Let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Wheat flour: 1 kg
- Dry yeast: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 600 ml
- Salt: 1 g

For the filling, grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater. Sauté the onion and add it to the pumpkin. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything.

Spread the filling on the prepared dough. Bake the pie in the oven at 180–200 degrees for 30 minutes.
