Brew strong coffee.
- Natural coffee: 80 g

The lean cookies need to be placed in a mold and soaked in coffee.

Mix plant milk with water and bring to a boil.
- Almond milk: 250 ml
- Water: 100 ml

Gradually add sugar to the milk to make a thick sweet porridge. While it's hot, add margarine, lemon juice, and vanillin. Whip well. The cream is ready.

Layer in a vase: alternate a layer of cookies with a layer of cream.

Sprinkle cocoa on top and refrigerate overnight.
