Blend all ingredients with water until smooth. Then strain the mixture through a fine sieve into any container, removing large particles. Place the strained mixture in the freezer for 1 hour.

- Roasted almonds: 0.5 glass

- Sugar: 0.3 glass
- Water: 1.3 glass

After an hour, the granita needs to be taken out, stirred with a fork, and placed in the freezer for 2 hours. The operation should be repeated after 30 minutes. Divide the finished granita into portions and serve.
