Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Melt the butter, add a pinch of vanilla sugar, 40 g of sugar, 100 g of flour, almonds, and mix well.

Line the bottom of a form with a diameter of about 20 cm with paper and spread the dough over it.

Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice. Mix in 100 g of sugar, 80 g of flour, a pinch of vanilla sugar, and 2 eggs. Mix well.

Lower the temperature to 150 degrees. Pour the cream into the mold and bake for 15 minutes.
