Sift the flour and baking powder, add sugar and a pinch of salt, and mix. Make a well in the dry mixture and pour in the milk, add the egg and vanilla essence. Whisk until smooth.
- Wheat flour: 190 g
- Baking powder: 20 g
- Sugar: 50 g
- Salt: pinch
- Milk: 300 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon

In a non-stick pan, melt half a teaspoon of butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted and the pan is heated, carefully wipe off excess butter with paper towels. Pour some batter into the pan and fry until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and fry until cooked through. Frying time on each side is 3-4 minutes.

Place three pancakes on a plate, spreading Nutella® between them.
