Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze it out. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Frozen spinach: 300 g

Puree spinach, oil, salt, and baking powder in a blender. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, add flour and cheese, and knead the dough.
- Frozen spinach: 300 g
- Olive oil: 0.3 glass
- Sea salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon
- Whole grain flour: 1 glass
- Mozzarella cheese: 125 g

Roll out the dough on baking paper very thin, no thicker than 2 mm. Cut the dough into squares with a pizza cutter and poke it in 2-3 places with a fork.

Bake for about 20 minutes, the crackers should be firm but not overcooked (so they don't turn brown)
