Clean the shrimp and prepare all the ingredients, sauté the onion and celery stalk, add flour and tomato paste. Mix well and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
- Onion: 0.5 head
- Celery: 2 stems
- Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons
- Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons

Then pour in the milk and two cups of broth, and mix everything well.

- Bouillon: 2 glasss
