Add sifted flour and knead the dough. This can be done with a mixer, then knead the dough by hand. Pour 20 ml of vegetable oil on the table and incorporate it into the dough; the dough will become more elastic from the oil.

Pour 20 ml of vegetable oil on the table and mix it into the dough; the oil will make the dough more elastic. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Mix the cottage cheese with sugar and a pinch of salt.

Roll out a part of the dough.

Cut circles using a special cutter or a regular glass.

Place a spoonful of filling on the dough and tightly seal the edges, trying not to leave air inside the dumplings. Place the finished dumplings on a floured surface.
