Cold Cucumber-Melon Soup

Cucumber and melon are the concentrate of summer juices, and in this soup they come together. To prevent their union from resembling a smoothie, olive oil and Greek yogurt are also added to the mixture.

Clean and cut the melon. Cut the cucumber. Place everything in a blender and blend.
- English cucumbers: 1 piece
- Green melon: 1 piece

Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.

- Arugula: 4 pieces
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Red chili pepper: 1 piece
