Prepare all the ingredients.

Place the beef in a pot of water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and skim off the foam.
- Water: 4 l
- Beef with bones: 1 kg

Add ribs, an onion, a carrot, allspice, and bay leaf to the pot. Cook on low heat for 2 hours.
- Smoked pork ribs: 300 g
- Onion: 2 heads
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Bay leaf: 2 pieces
- Allspice peas: 5 piece

Chop the onion and cucumber into small cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml

Add tomato paste and cucumbers to the onion. Fry, stirring, for another 3 minutes. Then remove from heat.

Cut the ham into strips and the sausages into rings.

Strain the prepared broth, remove the bones from the meat, and cut it as well.

Return the broth to the heat, bring to a boil, add the sauté and all the chopped meat products.

Pour in the brine, bring to a boil, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Cucumber pickle: 150 ml

Add capers and olives, season with salt and pepper to taste, cook for another minute and remove from heat. Let the solyanka steep for at least 30 minutes before serving.
