Beef soup with rice

Wash the piece of beef (trimmings), place it in a pot, cover with water, and simmer on low heat until the meat is cooked, occasionally skimming off the foam.

Strain the broth and cut the beef into small pieces.

In hot strained broth, add pieces of beef, sorted and washed rice, diced and sautéed carrots and onions, large chopped potatoes, salt, pepper and cook the soup until the rice is ready.
