Remove the pits from fresh cherries. Place the berries in a blender, add basil, tarragon, garlic, red chili pepper and blend until smooth with added drinking water. Adjust taste with salt and sugar.
- Cherry: 300 g
- Red Basil: 15 g
- Tarragon: 30 g
- Garlic: 5 g
- Red chili pepper: 5 g
- Water: 500 ml
- Salt: 6 g
- Sugar: 40 g

Put the soup in the fridge for 30 minutes. Before serving, stir the soup well.

For serving: dice the cucumber into small cubes and chop the walnut. Pour the soup into a bowl and garnish with cucumber and crushed walnut.
