Clean the egg, separate the white from the yolk. Mash the yolk and add it to the kvass, cut the white into strips.

Add mustard to the kvass, mix well until dissolved. Refrigerate until serving.

Cut all vegetables into strips. If the cucumber has many seeds, remove them beforehand.
