Honey gingerbread

A wonderful old dessert that is firmly registered in the register of homemade sweets. Honey gingerbread is easy to prepare - hence its popularity. There is no canonical taste, since the honey and spices used in gingerbread often change their properties. But the essence is the same - crumbly gingerbread dough, fragrant, tart. And another advantage of gingerbread is that you can endlessly experiment with it - easily, playfully, adding cinnamon, ground cloves, or something else.

Burn 2 teaspoons of sugar in a small pan, dilute with two tablespoons of water, bring to a boil, add honey and stir until homogeneous, then remove from heat and let cool.
- Sugar: 110 g
- Honey: 150 g

Crack an egg into the bowl.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Add sugar and grind.
- Sugar: 110 g

Add cinnamon and cloves, baking soda, and mix everything.
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Ground cloves: 0.5 teaspoon
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon

Then add honey with burnt sugar.
- Honey: 150 g

Add flour and knead the dough with a wooden spatula for 5-10 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 320 g

Grease the baking tray with oil and sprinkle with flour.

Place the dough in the mold. Smooth out the future gingerbread.

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
