Tomato tapenade is an exquisite variation of the classic French delicacy inspired by Provençal traditions. Its rich flavor comes from a blend of sweet sun-dried tomatoes, tangy capers, rich olives, and subtle notes of fresh rosemary. A light acidity from lemon juice and the sharpness of Dijon mustard add sophistication, while olive oil binds the ingredients into a smooth paste. This tapenade is wonderful as an accompaniment to fresh baguette, crackers, or Mediterranean dishes.
