Pumpkin jam is a sunny treat that brings the warmth of autumn days and the coziness of home. It first appeared in American cuisine as a way to preserve pumpkin harvests but quickly became a favorite delicacy in many countries. This jam surprises with its rich flavor—the sweetness of pumpkin harmonizes with the refreshing tartness of citrus and the light spiciness of ginger. It can be served with toast, pancakes, or used as a filling for pastries, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful alongside a cup of fragrant tea. Its thick, velvety consistency turns each spoonful into pleasure. This jam doesn't last long in the jar—it’s quickly devoured by family members and guests!
