Tomato and Basil Salsa

Salsa with tomatoes and basil is a light, aromatic, and refreshing dressing inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. Its history begins with the simple yet rich flavors of European gastronomy. Ripe sun-kissed tomatoes give it juiciness and sweetness, while fresh basil adds a subtle spiciness. Capers and olives provide a tangy salty note that harmonizes with lemon juice and olive oil. This salsa is perfect for serving with crispy toasts, pasta, or as an accompaniment to meat and fish dishes. Its flavor is a play of contrasts: the acidity of lemon, the mild heat of pepper, and velvety richness. It's an ideal way to enliven any dish and add sophistication.
