Ruil is a red garlic sauce that comes from sunny Europe, captivating with its rich flavor and delicate texture. Its history is linked to Provence, where garlic, olive oil, and spices create culinary masterpieces. The bright hue of the sauce comes from canned pimento peppers, while basil adds freshness. The preparation technique resembles mayonnaise but is enriched with garlic and spicy notes. This sauce perfectly complements fish and seafood dishes and pairs well with fresh bread or vegetables. Ruil can transform a meal by adding depth of flavor and the aroma of Mediterranean cuisine.
