Barbecue Sauce

30 minutes
The sauce that all of America grew up on. The name speaks for itself: a complex recipe for tomato sauce is ideal for all types of fried meat, and is simply perfect with beef steaks and pork ribs. The thick and rich bright red tomato concoction is distinctly sweet due to sweeteners such as molasses, honey or cane sugar. At the discretion of the chef, the classic barbecue sauce may include vinegar, hot red pepper of all types, including smoked, Worcestershire sauce and pork rinds.
