Marinade for grilled fish with beer and lime
1 serving
10 minutes
The fish turns out very aromatic thanks to the marinade, which is an incredibly successful combination of beer and the honey taste of Japanese teriyaki sauce. This marinade is especially good with those types of fish that lack their own brightness - for example, with haddock or cod. But if there is an excess of their own taste, and it is even sharp, like mackerel or flounder, then the beer spicy-sweet marinade with an interesting beer bitterness will ennoble and soften it.

1
Mix beer with teriyaki sauce and squeeze lime juice into the mixture.
- Light beer: 250 ml
- Teriyaki sauce: 100 ml
- Lime: 1 piece
2
Add olive oil, garlic pressed through a press, and smoked paprika.
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Smoked paprika: to taste
3
Mix the marinade well to make it even.
4
Leave the fish in marinade for 20 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for 1-2 hours before grilling.
5
Serve the cooked fish with fresh herbs.
- Green: to taste
