Blackberry sauce

The sauce is not sweet, but spicy and sour. The classic is Gurian chicken with blackberry sauce. But this sauce also goes well with white fish (especially catfish or river trout), veal, and game. Sometimes a third of the blackberries are replaced with unripe light grapes.
