Chop tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, mint.
- Tomatoes: 70 g
- Onion: 35 g
- Garlic: 10 g
- Parsley: 20 g
- Coriander: 15 g

Blend everything in a blender.

Add vegetable and olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Tabasco sauce, hot chili sauce, thyme, rosemary, cayenne pepper, salt and sugar.

- Green TABASCO®: 2 ml
- Chili sauce: 0.5 teaspoon
- Thyme: 1 g
- Rosemary: 2 g
