Warm cauliflower salad is an exquisite dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of roasted vegetables with rich sweet and sour notes. Cauliflower becomes soft with a golden crust, while red onion adds a hint of spiciness. The dressing made from wine vinegar, honey, and raisins adds a subtle sweetness that harmonizes with crunchy fried almonds and the freshness of dill. Spinach leaves complement the dish with lightness and freshness, making it not only delicious but also healthy. This salad is perfect as a warm dish on cool evenings or as an exquisite appetizer for special occasions.
