Guacamole in a new way

Guacamole in a new style is a refreshing and vibrant take on the classic Mexican dish. Instead of traditional creamy avocado puree, juicy cubes of fruits and vegetables are used, creating an amazing balance of textures. Oranges add light sweetness and citrus freshness, radishes provide crunchiness, while cilantro and lime give the familiar Mexican accent. Spicy barbecue sauce adds zest, making the flavor richer. The dish is served in a natural 'bowl' – the avocado skin, making it perfect for buffets and impressive table presentation. It's not just a snack but a true celebration of flavors that surprises with the harmony of ingredients. It pairs wonderfully with toasts, flatbreads or as a standalone dish for a light bite.
