Pineapple and Olive Salad

Salad with pineapples and olives is an exquisite combination of sweetness and salty notes, born in Russian cuisine but with clearly Mediterranean motifs. Pineapples give the dish a refreshing fruity sweetness, while olives add a subtle spiciness. Hard cheese softens the flavor contrasts, and orange sweet pepper adds freshness and a light crunch. Pork balyk brings a noble meaty tone, creating a balance between sweet and salty. With its rich flavor profile, this salad is perfect for festive gatherings as well as for a light dinner. It can be a wonderful complement to meat dishes or serve as an independent gastronomic delight. Its serving with pineapple juice and olive marinade makes the texture especially tender, filling each spoonful with a rich yet harmonious taste.
